Rebate amounts: the Southern Nevada Water Authority Water Smart Landscapes program pays $5 per square foot of grass removed; Las Vegas Valley Water District residential customers receive an additional $2 per square foot, for up to $7 per square foot on the first 10,000 sq ft and $4.50 per square foot beyond that. The $2 bonus applies to LVVWD residential customers only — eligibility, amounts, and program conditions are set by SNWA and LVVWD and confirmed during your free estimate. Conversion projects must be completed within 12 months of approval.
